Questions
Do I need to know anything about computers?
You need to be able to type a sentence and click a button. There is no code shown to you, and no word like “repository”, “deploy” or “terminal” anywhere in the product. If you can write a text message you can use this.
What is a Claude account, and why does Starter need one?
Claude is the AI that does the building. On the Starter plan the AI work runs on a Claude subscription you already pay for — you sign into it once, inside your Workbench, and Anthropic bills you for it directly. We never see that account or its password. On Standard, the AI is included and you do not need a Claude account at all.
Who owns what I make?
You do. It is your text, your pictures, your site. You can take a copy of everything at any time, and if you cancel we keep it for 30 days so you can change your mind, then it is deleted.
Where does my Workbench actually live?
On a server we rent, in a container of its own with its own memory and processor limits. It is yours alone — nobody else’s Workbench can see into it, and it is reached over a web address with HTTPS, behind a link only you have.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page, in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. There is no phone call and no “are you sure” maze.
What can it actually make?
Anything that runs on a web address. A website. A site that saves what people type — bookings, a list of jobs, a guestbook. A tool for your own work. Something other programs talk to. Something that runs by itself in the background and tells you when something changes. It installs whatever that needs and sets up somewhere to keep the information, without you ever running a command.
What can it not do yet?
It is not the tool for an app you install from a phone’s app store, an online shop taking real payments, or anything holding other people’s private data — those are possible, but they are a proper job rather than a chat message, so expect a rough first attempt rather than a finished product. This is worth knowing before you pay rather than after.
Is there an app?
Not yet. It runs in a web browser, on a computer, a tablet or a phone. An app is planned, but we would rather ship the thing that works than a listing in a store.
There are no customer quotes on this page because there are not enough customers yet to quote honestly. When there are, they will be real, named, and reachable.
